Meet Edith,

the Girl Behind Prickly Pop 

 

Hi, I’m Edith! I’m 11 years old and the founder of Prickly Pop Parties, an Austin-based balloon decorating business creating colorful, custom balloon decor for celebrations of all kinds.

​

I started Prickly Pop when I was 10 because I loved creating fun balloon designs and making people smile. What began as a hobby has officially grown into a real business—and we’re so excited to be celebrating ONE YEAR of Prickly Pop!

I run Prickly Pop alongside my mom, who helps manage everything behind the scenes while I focus on designing, creating, and dreaming up new ideas.

 

Over the past year, we’ve created custom balloon installations for birthdays, schools, businesses, nonprofits, fundraisers, sports celebrations, and special events throughout Austin.

​

From balloon garlands and arches to towers, walls, centerpieces, backdrops, and statement displays, I love taking a theme, color palette, or idea and turning it into something completely unique.​
